Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Meet SO — an adult dating and social service with profiles, chat, video and voice calls, missions and virtual tokens. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Meet SO for use of the Meet SO websites, APIs and mobile apps (the “Service”).
By creating an account, checking the agreement box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Meet SO.
Contact: contact@sobotlar.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this contract in your country. Meet SO is an adult dating and social product. It is not directed to children.
You must provide accurate age and identity-related information. We may remove accounts that misrepresent age. You are responsible for complying with local laws on online dating, communications and recordings.
3. Account
You may register with email or a supported social login (Google, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok or others we enable). You must keep credentials secure and tell us promptly of unauthorised use.
One person should not operate multiple accounts to evade bans, limits or safety checks. We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. The Service
Meet SO may include, among other features:
- Profiles, discovery and matching with other adults.
- One-to-one messaging, including text and media.
- Random video chat and personal video or voice calls (using camera, microphone and third-party media infrastructure such as LiveKit / TURN).
- Customer Service chat in the app.
- Missions, rewarded ads and virtual balances (jetons and related in-app credits such as diamonds / pearls).
- Photo review and optional or required liveness / face-match checks for safety.
- Push notifications and over-the-air (OTA) app updates.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (photos, bio, messages and similar). You grant Meet SO a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, moderate and display that content as needed to operate, improve, promote (in limited, reasonable ways such as showing your public profile to other users) and secure the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload, that it does not infringe others’ rights, and that people depicted have consented where required. Do not upload sexual images of anyone without their consent, or any sexual content involving minors — that is strictly prohibited.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider unsafe, illegal or harmful to the Service.
6. Photos, liveness and safety checks
We may review profile photos and ask for a short liveness or face-match capture so that accounts better correspond to a real adult. Passing or failing a check does not guarantee that another user is who they claim to be. Always use caution when meeting people online or in person.
Do not submit another person’s photos as your own, use filters or media intended to defeat liveness checks, or impersonate anyone.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, dox or sexually coerce anyone.
- Scam, phish, spam, or solicit money, crypto or off-platform payments under false pretences.
- Share hate speech, violent extremist content, or illegal pornography.
- Share, request or create child sexual abuse material, or sexualise anyone under 18. See Child safety standards.
- Impersonate Meet SO, Customer Service, another user, or a public figure.
- Record, screenshot or redistribute others’ private chats, video or voice without a lawful basis and, where required, their consent.
- Interfere with the Service, probe or attack our systems, scrape users at scale, or reverse engineer except as allowed by mandatory law.
- Use bots, fake accounts, or automated matching / messaging.
- Circumvent bans, payment, jeton or advertising systems.
8. Safety, reports and moderation
You can report profiles, messages and video behaviour in the product. We may use reports, automated signals and human review to limit features, hide profiles, or terminate accounts.
Meet SO is not a law-enforcement or emergency service. If you are in danger, contact local authorities. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect safety.
Other users are responsible for their own conduct. We do not guarantee matches, conversations or in-person meetings.
9. Jetons, missions and ads
Jetons and similar credits are virtual items for use inside Meet SO. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money except where a platform or law requires a refund of a purchase.
Prices for messages, calls and other paid actions may be shown in the app (for example About → Prices) and can change. When another user spends jetons on a feature involving you, related credits (such as diamonds / pearls) may be granted according to then-current rules; those credits are also virtual and may be adjusted if fraud is detected.
Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or other payment partners under their terms. Taxes, chargebacks and refunds follow those stores’ rules and applicable law. Unused jetons are generally not refundable after they have been credited, except as required by law or the store.
Some missions may require watching a rewarded advertisement. Ads are provided by third parties (for example AdMob). We are not responsible for advertiser content. Abuse of the ad or mission flow may result in withheld rewards or account action.
10. Permissions and third parties
Video, voice, photo and nearby discovery features require device permissions you control. Social login, payments, maps, ads, push delivery and media relays are provided in part by third parties. Their outages or terms may affect Meet SO. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not operate.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Meet SO name, logos, design, software and documentation, is owned by Meet SO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute our software except as we expressly allow (including through official app stores and OTA updates we deliver).
12. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation, or that other users’ profiles are accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEET SO AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR VIRTUAL BALANCES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MEET SO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY EUROS (EUR 50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED (FOR EXAMPLE DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FRAUD).
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Meet SO against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your profile as described in the app and Privacy Policy (including the 30-day recovery window before purge).
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a safety or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Virtual balances may be forfeited on termination for cause, except where law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
We may change the Service and these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date. If you continue to use Meet SO after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms, except where law requires extra consent. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
17. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Meet SO for the Service and replace prior terms for the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Service.
Where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply in addition to these Terms.
